How do I check if I make theme park reservations?

Hi there, Zayra. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney. We’re so happy you’re here!

I’m delighted you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. There are a few ways to locate your theme park reservations. A quick and simple way is to search your inbox for the confirmation email. When you purchased your tickets and made your theme park reservations, you should have received a confirmation email with QR codes. To enter, you’ll need your theme park ticket and the corresponding QR code at the theme park turnstile.

Another way to locate your theme park reservation is on Disneyland.com by logging in to your Disney account. On the far right, you’ll see a tab that says, “My Disneyland”. Hover over it and you’ll see “Ticket and Reservation Details”; click on it and it’ll bring you to “Theme Park Tickets & Reservations” page. Scroll a little and you should see a link called “View My Park Reservations >”. There, you should be able to see your theme park reservation.

You can also access your park reservation by using the Disneyland mobile app. Once you’re signed in on the app, you’ll be able to view your park reservations, including which park you’ll be starting your day at if you have a Park Hopper ticket.

I hope this information is helpful for you and you’re able to locate your park reservations, Zayra. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
