Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathleen!
You are in the middle of planning every detail of your upcoming trip to
Walt Disney World, and your question about stroller storage is a great one!
When guests enter a Walt Disney World park, they have the option of
locker rentals, all of which are conveniently located near a park entrance. However, although these lockers are available in two sizes, they are not large enough to fit a even a collapsible stroller to fit inside. There is no other place to check guest items in Walt Disney World parks.
However, you have a couple of options which may work very nicely for you. First, you may want to keep your stroller with you during the day, as there are convenient stroller parking areas located near every Walt Disney World attraction. Having that stroller means that bags, popcorn containers, sunscreen, cool drinks and other gear can be wheeled around with you as you tour WDW, rather than hang on your back. (Okay, as the parent of teens, I admit it. I kind of miss having the stroller do my heavy lifting. :-) ) When your little one tires while waiting to view a parade or while walking from one location to the next destination, you will not have to resort to a piggy-back ride the entire way.
In addition,
stroller rentals are a great way to tour the parks easily throughout the day, only getting a stroller when you see that those little legs are not going to be able to keep up much longer. Stroller rentals are also available near each park's entrance. So convenient!
Send more questions as you think of them, Kathleen; we love to help!
