    I would like to check on the status of my annual passport refund.

    Welcome to planDisney!

    After over 400 days, the Magic, adventure and fun of the Happiest Place on Earth has returned! I was able to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park a few weeks ago and it was magnificent. If you were thinking of planning a trip, I highly recommend you go for it! Mickey, Minnie and the rest of their pals can’t wait to welcome you back. It was nice seeing them again and I loved walking down Main Street, U.S.A. and seeing Sleeping Beauty Castle after so long.

    I am sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your Annual Passport refund. If you would like an update on your refund you can call the Annual Passholder line or you can also try the chat function on the Disneyland Mobile App. I really like the chat option and I would try that first. You can ask a question 24 hours a day and then you will get an alert when a Cast Member is ready to chat with you during normal operating hours.

    Well Saya, be on the lookout for a new membership program coming later this year!
