If I want to check out a resort but am a guest at another, can I park my car in the parking lot of the resort I’m just visiting?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sara!

When I'm on vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, one of my favorite things to do is travel around to the different Resort Hotels to check out how the magic of Disney is brought to life in so many unique ways. With more than two dozen Resort Hotels to visit, including Disney's Riviera Resort which just opened today, there is no shortage of amazing theming and cool details to find when you take the time to explore.

Parking at Resort Hotels is reserved for guests staying there and guests who have dining reservations, so there typically will not be room to park if you're just going to visit for the day. There's no need to worry though because getting around Walt Disney World Resort is really easy! Depending on which Resort Hotels you want to visit, there is usually a convenient parking area nearby. Try parking your car at the Transportation and Ticket Center and hop on the monorail to visit Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, and Disney's Contemporary Resort! You can also park at Epcot and exit through the International Gateway to visit Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, and Disney's BoardWalk Inn. After you're finished there, you can board a flight on the Disney Skyliner which will connect you to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Pop Century Resort, and Disney's Art of Animation Resort. All of the Resort Hotels are connected to the Theme Parks through multiple modes of complimentary transportation, so the best way to get around is to begin your journey from a central location and go from there!

    Have a magical day, Sara!
