Welcome to planDisney! As a frequent Disney vacationer, it can be tough to keep track of my
Disney Resort Collection,
dining, and
Disney Park Pass reservations. Typically, if you book your Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay while logged into your
My Disney Experience, it automatically transfers into your account. The same goes for dining reservations, and Disney Park Pass reservations. You can see these reflected when you scroll down and look for the respective dates.
If you are unable to locate your resort reservation for your upcoming stay, my first recommendation is to check your emails. Walt Disney World will send an email confirming your stay. If you cannot find the email, you may need to call
Guest Services and speak to a Cast Member to help you locate your resort reservation. You will need pertinent information such as dates, payment methods, and addresses in the attempt to identify the Guests on the reservation. If you cannot locate your dining reservation, my recommendation is again to search your email first. If not successful, you will need to speak to
Guest Services as well, and they will be able to assist you in linking your reservations to your My Disney Experience account.
