How to check Remaining days on ticket

Hi Karina. Thank you for contacting planDisney.

What a time to plan a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! There are so many new experiences at the resort like TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise in Magic Kingdom Park and meeting Moana in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. There are also some new experiences coming in the future like Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana at EPCOT and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. It's all so exciting!

If your ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can use the My Disney Experience mobile app to check your ticket's expiration date and days remaining. Simply log in to the app, click on the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes." This is where you should be able to see all the tickets linked to your account, their expiration dates, and how many days are left. If it is not currently linked to your account, you can click the plus sign in the upper-right corner of this screen and select "Link Tickets & Passes." Then select "Type ID" and type in the ticket ID number. It should then show up in your account and you can check for the expiration date and the number of days left.

If you are still unable to find this information, you can contact the Existing Tickets phone line and a friendly Cast Member would be happy to help you!

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to help in any way that I can. Happy planning and enjoy your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

Sometimes you gotta get through your fear to get to the beauty on the other side,
    Matt
