    How do I check my remaining balance for my annual pass?

    Thank you for bringing your Magic Key question to us here at planDisney! 

    For questions about your remaining balance, due date or monthly payment amount, please contact Magic Key Monthly Payments Guest Services. This department can be reached at 1-800-410-4656. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. This department will be able to provide the information you are looking for.

    Did you know that as a Magic Keyholder, you are eligible for merchandise discounts at select Downtown Disney District and Disneyland Resort locations? And, when you use Merchandise Mobile Checkout on the Disneyland Mobile App, your discount will automatically be applied. The newest location to offer Merchandise Mobile Checkout is EngineEar Souvenirs located in the newly-reopened Mickey’s Toontown!
