    We check in POR on Dec.15. Our flight lands at 9am. If we check in as soon as we arrive will they try to get our room as soon as possible? My husband will have not been to bed due to his work schedule. Should I not check in online before arrival? Thanks

    Hi Meredyth!!!

    First of all, I would recommend checking in online before your arrival at Disney's Port Orleans-Riverside.  I always check in before hand and love doing so!!

    The Cast Members will do their best to get you in your room upon arrival.  Since your plane lands at 9:00am, you could probably expect to be at the resort around 10:30am.  Hopefully, your room will be ready by then.  I have actually got in a room by 8:00am on previous trips.  A lot of it just depends on the resort capacity and the turn around time for the rooms.  It would not hurt to note early arrival/check in on your reservation just to hopefully speed up the time getting into your room.  If your room is not ready you can always sign up for a text or phone call once it is ready!!
