If my check in is at 3 pm can I still park the car and enjoy the park until check in? Also, Can you bring your own stroller?

    Hi Amanda!

Guests who will be staying at a Disney Resort will have a check-in time of 3pm. This has to be this late to give the housekeeping staff time to turn around the rooms and make them ready for you. But you can certainly stop at the resort and do the check-in before you go to a park that day. This will allow you to have the free park parking or better yet you can use the Disney transportation.

Head to the resort first thing, have the bell staff store your luggage, and arrange for the text message when your room is available. Then hop on the park bus at your resort and have a fun filled day in the park. When you get your text that your room is ready you can leave immediately or continue to enjoy the park as it won't matter.

Many guests prefer to bring their own strollers while others choose to Rent Strollers. You can do this at Disney but for the parks only or you can use an outside company who will deliver directly to your resort as well as pick up when your vacation has ended. This allows you to use a stroller everywhere you go and not just the parks.

If you bring your own please remember to leave the largest one at home as you will find it is more of a hinderance then a help. All strollers must be folded when using the buses and some boats. Some walkways are quite narrow in the parks and the stroller must be parked for all attractions at designated locations. It is not wise to leave your purchases and belongings in the strollers while you ride the attractions.

If you forget something for your child please know that each park will have a Baby Care Center that will offer just about everything you might need for sale. Remember to just bring the basics needed. Have fun!
