Since check in is at 3pm at our hotel, are we able to swim at the hotel before our room is ready? Our flight lands at 9am?

    Hi Jackie!

This is a great question and the answer is yes!  You'll want to take advantage of every minute you have while on vacation at Walt Disney World and this certainly means enjoying the Resort hotel amenities even if your room isn't quite ready on check-in day.  Pick up a Resort activities schedule at the front desk to check out the happenings around the resort.  Most Resort hotels have fun morning activities and pool parties in the afternoon.  Be sure to pack a day bag with your swim suits and sunscreen so you're ready to hit the water when you arrive.

Disney Springs is a great place to visit on your check-in or check-out day if you are waiting for your room to be ready or you're waiting for your flight home.  There are so many restaurants to choose from as well as fabulous shopping and it's home to my favorite place to get Disney souvenirs, the World of Disney!  You'll find unique treats at numerous places such as frosting shots at Sprinkles, edible cookie dough at ArisoCrepes, decadent eclairs at Amorette's Patisserie and delicious chocolate at The Ganachery.  A Resort bus from your hotel will take you right to the middle of all the action at Disney Springs.

    Have a magical day!
