Hey there, hi there, Tara!
You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I'm so glad you've stopped by with such a great planning question.
Walt Disney World tickets are our keys to the magic, so let's see what you can unlock, Tara!
To check and see if you have unused, unexpired tickets, log in to your My Disney Experience app, tap the three-line menu icon at the bottom of the screen and then the "Tickets and Passes" tile. Here, you should be able to see any tickets you have, how many days are remaining on the ticket and when the ticket expires. If you don't see your ticket, I suggest
calling a helpful Cast Member with Existing Tickets. They will also be more than happy to help!
If your
ticket has not been used and has not expired, it
does retain its value and can be applied toward the price of a current Walt Disney World theme park ticket. Just be aware that most tickets expire up to 14 days after their first use, so if you have used one of the days on the ticket, chances are that the unused day is now expired. But I will be wishing upon an evening star that you find some magic in that app!
Once you're ready to plan your next adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to check out the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page on the Walt Disney World website for the latest and greatest savings on tickets, rooms and more. Then, be sure to stop by here any time with any planning questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in planDisney!
Adventure is out there!
