    Can you check an order status of your Disney redemption card?

    Hello and welcome to planDisney, Shelby!

    I do not know about you, but I love having my Disney Reward Redemption Card handy when I visit Walt Disney World Resort! I like the idea of saving the funds on the card for one special souvenir or treat I want for myself. Sometimes, it is enough to purchase some Cotton Candy from Disney’s Candy Cauldron in Disney Springs or enough to purchase a specific Spirit Jersey or a souvenir mug from the World of Disney store. It depends. 

    You will receive an email confirmation when you place the order for your redemption card, but you can call the Disney Reward customer service to get an idea of the card’s arrival. You can also check your Disney Rewards balance and load the card online by logging into your account.
