Hello! When you check in online do you have the option of letting them know your have another family with you and you want rooms together? Or would you opt to call the Hotel direct and ask for someone in room booking?

    Hi Liz,

When you book your Walt Disney World vacation online, you do have the option to write in that you are traveling with another family.  I would also call the resort about 1-2 weeks before your vacation to ensure the rooms are either adjoining or near each other.  The Cast Members will try to accommodate your requests, but there are no guarantees.   So if you book online or by phone, I would still call the resort directly prior to your vacation to make sure your reservations are linked at the resort.  Please let me know, Liz, if I can help you further.
