how do I check in online into my October 18 Saratoga Springs reservations

Hey there, Robert! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!

Robert, I'm so happy to hEAR that you're planning a stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. With its spacious grounds and easy access to Disney Springs, this property is a hidden gem! I was able to enjoy a long weekend stay earlier this summer and am already planning my return trip.

Now, the first step to enjoying your Magical vacation is checking in, so let's see if I can make this as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! Before you can complete the Online Check-In, you'll need to make sure that you have linked your reservation to your My Disney Experience account. When you log into your account and go to the "My Plans" tab, scroll down and if you see your reservation, you're ready to move on. If you do NOT see your reservation you'll need to over over the icon that says "Resort Hotel" and click on "Link a Reservation." Here is where you'll input your reservation confirmation number.

If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member staying on points you can find this number by logging into the Member Portal on the Disney Vacation Club website and clicking on "My Dashboard" found by hovering over "My DVC."

Robert, once your reservation is linked there will be the option to "Start Check-In." You'll answer a few questions about your arrival time and be able to make any room requests on this screen. Then... voila! You're all checked in. If for some reason you don't see the online check-in option, but you do see your reservation, it is possible that you will need to visit the Front Desk upon arrival. Sometimes if you have booked a room-only reservation paying cash but through your Disney Vacation Club Membership that option is not available. In this case you would still be able to call and speak to a Cast Member about any location requests or questions prior to your arrival.

Robert, I hope this helps as you're looking ahead to October. If you have any additional questions, just channel your inner Peter Pan and fly on back to Neverland... OOPS! I mean, planDisney, where we are waiting with pixie dust to answer your questions.
