    Can you check in online if you have not booked your resort stay directly with Disney and don't have a booking reference from them?

    Hi there, Sarah!

    In order to check in online, you will need a confirmation number from the Walt Disney Travel Company.

    If you booked with a travel agent, you can contact the agent and she should be able to acquire and provide you with the necessary confirmation number.
