If i check in online from home can i still ask if there is any comp upgrades when we get there? Or is my room set in stone as soon as i check in 10 days early?

    Hi Megan,

It certainly never hurts to ask, but I would recommend checking in at the desk, rather than online, if you plan to request a complimentary upgrade.  When you use online check-in, your room will be preassigned before you arrive and all of the information (keys, etc.) will be waiting in your online check-in packet before you arrive, so you may have a better chance if you wait to check-in the "Old Fashioned" way.

Be sure to have any "celebrations" notated to your reservation and be sure to kindly request a particular building or location when you arrive to check-in.  Requests are not guaranteed, but the friendly cast members will do their very best to accommodate you.

This doesn't mean you can't use online check-in...when you arrive, just be sure to mention your desire to upgrade, and don't forget to mention any "celebrations."  Even though you use the online check-in feature, you will still be able to discuss your requests directly with a cast member, and if an upgrade is granted, your room keys can be easily reprogrammed.

    Lots of luck,
