how do I check in online

Hi, Dacia!  Checking in online is quick, easy, and a great way to save time!  To start, click HERE.   In the middle of the page, you will go to Online Check-in service.  You will need to log in, and will need your confirmation number.   If you plan to place a credit card on file for charging privileges, have that card handy as well.

It just takes a few minutes, then when you arrive at your Disney Resort, head straight to the Online Check-in queue to pick up your Key to the World cards and information, then it is off to the magic!

Have fun and enjoy your magical Walt Disney World vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
