How do I check how many “no-show” missed reservations I have on my magic key passes?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Lisa. We're so glad you're here to share this question with us. I'm so glad to hear that you are a Magic Key holder and hope that you have been enjoying your year of magic. Now let's get to your question.

A recent update now allows you to see how many No-Shows you currently have on your Magic Key pass. Log into your MyDisney account and follow the steps to make a new theme park reservation. Click the button to "Book Theme Park Reservation" and you will see your pass on the next page along with your current number of No-Shows. If you click on the link to "View Details" you will see the dates of each of the occurrences. You can cancel any theme park reservation on your Magic Key pass by 11:59 p.m. the day before the reserved date to avoid a No-Show.

I hope this is helpful as you are planning for any upcoming magical visits. I love being a Magic Key holder and all of the discounts and perks that come along with being one. If you aren't already, be sure to follow @disneylandmagickey on Instagram to stay updated on the latest and greatest. There's also a portal for Magic Key holders in the Disneyland app. I like to take a peek in there before and during my visits to make sure I'm not missing out on any exclusive offerings.

Lisa, I hope that you are not anywhere near reaching three strikes and that this information has been helpful. Please come back to visit us with any other questions you might have. Here's wishing you many more visits to the Happiest Place on Earth.
