Hello, is there a way to check how many “no shows” you have on your Magic Key?

Hi, Matt! Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I am honored to help.

First and foremost, we appreciate you being a Magic Key holder. Disneyland is lucky to have such a devoted fan base! Since re-opening last year, Disneyland Resort has required that all guests make park reservations before their visit, including members of the Magic Key program. If a Key holder has three "no-shows" within 90 days, they cannot make any new park reservations for 30 days; however, they can still use any they've already booked.

Magic Key holders may cancel a park reservation by 11:59 PM the day before the reservation date to avoid a no-show. Unfortunately, sometimes life gets in the way, and it's easy to forget to complete this step. Currently, there isn't a way to keep track of the number of no-shows you have in your Disneyland Mobile app. The easiest way to check is to search your email inbox; the sender is Disneyland Resort Reservations, and the subject line is "You Missed Your Reservation." Alternatively, you can contact Magic Key Holder Guest Services at (714) 781-7277.

Magic Key holders will see two new perks added to their passes now! All Key holders will receive the option to purchase Disney Genie+ for 20% off on the day of their park visit (subject to availability). Holders of the top two pass tiers, including the new Inspire Key, will also receive Unlimited PhotoPass downloads.

I hope this helps, Matt! See ya real soon!
