If I check in after midnight on a Saturday evening do I still get a meal for that night stay. My flight is a late flight on November 2. I'll be in Disneyworld until November 10. How many days do I get the Dining Plan.

    Hi Ned!

I'm so happy to hear that you will be using one of the Disney dining plans your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I love using the dining plans because they help make your trip so convenient. It's wonderful to enjoy a vacation without having to worry about the cost of each meal since the majority of your dining expenses are paid in advance!

When you add a dining plan to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, your dining entitlements will be based on your Disney Resort hotel reservation. You will receive one set of dining entitlements, based on the specific dining plan you choose, for each person on your reservation for each night of your reservation. So even if you will be arriving after midnight, you will receive dining entitlements for the first night of your trip if your hotel reservation begins that first night.

If your check-in date is November 2 (even if you will actually be arriving after midnight on November 3) and your check-out date is November 10, then you will receive eight sets of dining entitlements for each person on your Disney Resort hotel reservation, based on your eight-night reservation. Keep in mind that you don't have to use one set of dining entitlements on each day of your trip and you have complete flexibility to use your entitlements throughout your vacation as you choose. So you may not use any credits on November 2 when you arrive since you arrive so late, but you can use those credits whenever you like at other points during your trip!

Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app because it's the easiest way to manage your dining entitlements during your vacation. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
