Howdy Katherine!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for sharing your question with us!
It looks like you are starting to plan your next visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort! I am super excited for you! As our friend, Mary Poppins, would say, “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun! You find the fun and SNAP! The job’s a game!” I wonder if Mary Poppins was planning her visit to the Walt Disney World Resort when she sang this song!
With all the ticket options that the Walt Disney World Resort has offered over the years, finding out how many days you have remaining on a past ticket will require the help of a Cast Member. Take a moment to
call the Walt Disney World Resort and speak with a Cast Member that can look up your theme park ticket. You should see a combination of numbers or numbers and letters on the back of your theme park ticket. This will be the information that the Cast Member will need. I have placed a quick link in the text above for easy access to several Walt Disney World Resort phone numbers.
Once you have your theme park ticket information, you can link your ticket to your
My Disney Experience. When you open up your My Disney Experience account, you will see the “Park Tickets” option. If you hover over this option, you will see the option to “Link Tickets.” This is where you will link your tickets so that they are ready for you to use on your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
