Hi, check out is 11:00, my flight is not until 7:00 pm, can I still use the express and what should I do with my luggage?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cheryl!

My family loves to maximize our time at the Walt Disney World Resort, especially on departure day! I like to schedule our return flight as late as possible so we can enjoy a few more hours of magic!

When using Disney's Magical Express, you will receive a Transportation Notice the day before check-out. This document will be delivered to your room, and will note the pickup time and place for your meet your motor coach to ride back to the Orlando International Airport. Expect to meet your motorcoach approximately 3 hours prior to your flight for domestic flights and 4 hours prior for international flights. You will need your Transportation Notice to board the Magical Express.

You have two options for your luggage. If you are flying with a participating airline, you can utilize the complimentary Resort Airline Check-in service. You will be able to check- in for your flight, get your boarding passes and check your luggage right at the Airline Check-In desk at your resort! Once you arrive at the airport, you can make your way to security as you have all your documents ready to go! The other option is to check your luggage with Bell Services. They will hold your items until you are ready, and even refrigerate items if needed. When it is time for you to meet the Magical Express, you can pick up your items from Bell Services and head directly to the pickup point.

Thanks for asking us a great question! Please let us know if we can answer other questions you may have as you continue to plan your visit.

    Have a magical day!
