Can you check on FastPass availability without having booked your stay (or park tickets) yet? We are considering 2 different weeks, and part of the decision would be based around the availability of FastPasses -- because we LOVE them!!

    Greetings Laura!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're glad you stopped by with your question.

I'm a big fan of Disney FastPass+ service as well! My children love to assist me in selecting our 3 FastPass+ selections for each day of our visit. Unfortunately, you cannot check FastPass+ availability without having already purchased theme park admission. In order to view FastPass+ availability 60 days in advance, you will need to book a Disney Resort hotel and have your reservation and theme park admission linked in My Disney Experience. Guests not staying on property can book FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance, but will need theme park admission in order to do so.

I certainly understand your concern in wanting to choose a week with lower crowd levels and hopefully greater FastPass+ availability. Although it can be difficult to determine the best time to visit in regards to crowd levels,  I have always found the crowds to be more manageable when schools are in session and usually try to avoid the days surrounding a major holiday.

I'm so sorry if this was not the news you were hoping to hEAR. Please don't hesitate to visit us again with any new questions. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip, Laura!

    Happy Planning,
