Can I check in early at a WDW resort over the phone?

    Hey Rich! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! You are only two days away from arriving at The World's Most Magical Celebration at Walt Disney World Resort. I verified with a Cast Member on chat that early check-in is only available online or through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. I highly recommend you do this as you will get notified via text message when your room is ready. Of course, you can always stop by the front desk to check in and receive a room key if needed.

I do encourage you to explore Direct-to-Room options. Be sure to link your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stay in the app or online. Personally, I like to complete this in the mobile app. Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap on "Future Plans" and scroll to the bottom to find "Link to Account." Tap "Type ID," and follow the prompts to link your stay. Once completed, you can return to "Future Plans" to find "Start Check-In Now." Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo. Need a little more assistance? Check out this short video explaining all things Direct-to-Room at Walt Disney World Resort.

As a Disney Resort Guest, be sure to take advantage of your 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry. This will give you access to those popular attractions before the four theme parks officially open.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
