When I check my disney experience account, I noticed I had 2 activated cards when I should only have one linked. How do I know which number is the one that is currently showing under my plans and tickets/passes?

    Hey Kate!

A warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your fantastic question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park admission cards.

Unfortunately, if you are viewing your My Disney Experience account online or via the My Disney Experience mobile app there is no way of knowing exactly which card is being used for your current plans and theme park reservations.

However, if you have your most recent card and know which one it is you want to use, you can deactivate the one you don’t want in your account. This may help you avoid any further confusion. To do so, please visit the "My MagicBands and Cards" section of your account. Then, choose the card you wish you deactivate and click "deactivate" under the card number. You can view the 12-digit code of the card you wish to use on the back of the card itself. It's that simple, Kate!

If you want to know the number of the card linked to your current plans and reservations, or don't know which is your most current card, a friendly Cast Member can help! You can reach one via online chat, email, or phone. Please click this link to visit the help center and view the top right of the page to choose how you would like to speak to a Cast Member.

Please remember, you can have multiple active cards and MagicBands in your account. When you enter the theme park, the most current ticket with unused and unexpired theme park admission entitlements will be prioritized. In fact, I have 35+ MagicBands and cards currently active in my account. Any active, undamaged MagicBand will work at the Walt Disney World Resort theme park entry points. However, I understand why you want to be sure to use the correct card as these are not interchangeable the way MagicBands are.

Kate, I hope I have helped answer your question. If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. We are all EARS!
