How do you check and see if there are any days left on a pass?

    Hi Holly,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!

The way I like to check tickets is through the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you’ve already linked the tickets and they are unexpired, you can find them super easily. From the home screen of the app, select the three horizontal lines, then select the “Tickets and Passes” box. On the next page, you should see all the tickets currently linked to your account and their expiration dates. By the expiration date, you’ll see the days remaining on the ticket.

If you have an unused ticket that was never linked to your account, you can always link it by entering the ticket ID on the back of the ticket (select the “+” in the upper righthand corner to enter). Once entered, it should show up in your “Tickets and Passes” area within the app.

Now, if you still can’t figure out how many days are left or you can’t find the ticket within the app, I suggest connecting with the Existing Tickets help desk. If you have the confirmation number for the purchase or ticket ID from the back of the ticket, the Cast Member on the phone should be able to help you out. If the ticket is expired, you’ll want to share that with the Cast Member as well.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful for your next trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
