Hey Howdy Hey Valerie and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for stopping by with your question about your theme park tickets. I will be happy to give you some places to check and ways to make the most of the days left if you still have them. Let's get to it!
The first place you are going to want to check is on your
My Disney Experience account. Once you log on, on the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section, look for the heading "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker". Click on that heading and you should be brought to a screen with all of your current theme park tickets available with details on the remaining days as well.
Most theme park tickets do come with an expiration date. If you do not see your tickets here, they may have expired. Not to worry though, you may still have a way to bring some life to them! You can
call Disney and a Cast Member will be able to bring up your account and see if you have any recently expired tickets. If they can see these tickets, they will let you know how many days are left and then give you an option.
In most cases, Disney will honor the price you paid for the expired or unused tickets and apply the amount paid toward the purchase of a new ticket. Theme park tickets are date-based, meaning that the price changes depending on the day of the week and time of the year. So if the price you paid for your tickets is less than the amount that you wanted the new tickets for, you will be responsible for the difference. This applies to both expired tickets and tickets that were not used during their expected use period.
If you do find that you have a day or more remaining on your tickets, I hope you can easily convert them to new tickets for an upcoming trip. There is so much to be excited about for a trip to Walt Disney World this year like the recently announced opening of
Tiana's Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom this summer. If you have any further questions, you've got a friend in us here at planDisney to help out! Stop back and see us.
To Infinity and Beyond,
Nick
