Hi! I want to check if a 3day hopper pass i purchased in 2019 is still valid

Hi Shirley! Welcome to planDisney. We are so happy you're here with your question. Just like you, I know a lot of Guests who have had to make and change plans in the last year or so, including myself. Let's take a look at what we can find out about your ticket and get you back to the Happiest Place on Earth!

While the Disneyland Resort did extend expiration dates for a period of time to accommodate the closure, those windows have passed. If your ticket is not showing up in your Disneyland Mobile app or My Disneyland account on the website, it has likely expired. To be sure, I would give our Cast Members in Guest Services a ring. They would be happy to help you and get you set up with a brand new Park Hopper!  The good news is that there is a little bit of pixie dust built into every ticket so the magic never fully expires! You are able to put the value of a wholly, unused ticket towards the purchase of that new Park Hopper.

While the magic has surely returned to the Disneyland Resort, I want to put a star next to a few new to-dos and dates. In addition to a theme park ticket, you will also need a theme park reservation to enter the parks. This is part of the new safety measures to keep Guests and Cast Members healthy and happy. If you are purchasing a new ticket, you will be prompted to make these reservations at the time of purchase. They are available starting 120 days out from your arrival. With Park Hoppers, you will choose the park you would like to start in with hopping available to you after 1 p.m. You can cancel and reschedule reservations, subject to availability, but as they can fill up, I would recommend making them as soon as you know when you'd like to visit. If you do need to change, be sure to check the reservation calendar to ensure your dates are still available.

Dining reservations can now be made up to 60 days in advance. Even if you aren't 100% sure when and where you might like to eat, I would make a few of these at the 60-day mark just to have as these can fill up as well. My absolute favorite is Blue Bayou Restaurant in Disneyland Park where you can dine on New Orleans-style cuisine under the twinkling stars while watching your fellow Guests sail away on their Pirate adventure. If you're in Disney California Adventure Park, Cathay Circle Restaurant will take you straight into the golden age of Hollywood with its retro drinks and fine American cuisine.

Shirley, you'll also want to spend a little time with the new Disney Genie Service, which is complimentary within the Disneyland Mobile App. Send the Genie your list of favorites, interests, and must-dos and he will take you on a magic carpet through your perfect Disneyland Resort day. Upgrade to Genie+ and experience faster access to select attractions through Lightning Lanes

Shirley, I sure hope this helps in your planning and we see you real soon!

    Magic awaits!
