Hi, my check in day at grand Californian is Monday.. it says It's at 3 pm. My family and I will be going to Disneyland. We will be using valet parking.. what do we do with our luggage??

    Hiya, Nicole!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for stopping by with your question. How exciting that your magical Disneyland vacation is just around the Riverbend!  This is one of the most special years of all to visit, celebrating 100 years of the Walt Disney Company, and be sure to pick up some special souvenirs exclusive for the 100th anniversary while you are there.

Nicole, when you arrive to Disney's Grand Californian Resort & Spa, I recommend checking with the Front Desk to see if your room is ready or take advantage of the Direct To Room Service. This way, you can check in online and don't have to stop by the Front Desk.

Depending on your arrival time, your room may not be ready until 3 p.m. but once in a while, magic happens and your room is ready upon your arrival.  If it isn't, you are welcome to check your luggage with Bell Services who can hold it for you while you enjoy the parks. They'll give you a ticket and store it for you until you get into your room.

You will receive a message when your room is ready, but you don't have to return right away if you are having too much fun in the parks.  Whenever you get to your room, you can call Bell Services and they will bring your luggage to you when you are ready.  It's that easy!

I hope this is helpful for you, Nicole. If you have any further Disney Vacation Club or Disney vacation planning questions, stop back and see me here and I'll be so glad to help you!

    See ya real soon,
