Hiya Larry!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with a question for us today.
I absolutely love the
Disability Access Service (DAS) at Walt Disney World Resort for Guests who may be unable to wait in a traditional queue environment. My family uses the service, and I cannot begin to explain how wonderful it is.
Larry, although there isn’t a way to see the expiration of the service on your
My Disney Experience account, there is a way for you to know how long the DAS card will last. The current program allows Guests to apply at any
Guest Relations located in every Theme Park and it lasts for 30 days. After the 30th day, the Guest will have to reapply at Guest Relations.
Once you have it set up, rather than waiting in a queue, you can head on over to the attraction of your choice and a Cast Member attending the attraction will provide you a return time. Should you need any more assistance before your trip, please don’t hesitate to contact
Services for Guests with Disabilities and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you. And if you think of any other questions regarding your trip, your pals at planDisney are all EARS!
Have an enchanting time, Larry!
Aena
