Ahoy there, Debbie! Welcome to planDisney. My pals and I are happy to see you sail our way with your question.
Online cruise check-in is available beginning 30 days before your sail date. You can use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or log in to your account on the
Disney Cruise Line website to begin check-in. You will need your citizenship documentation, credit card information, and a photo of each member of your travel party for their security photo. Photos need to be in JPEG format and taken from the shoulders up against a plain background. Please remove hats and glasses for the photo. Once you have entered all of the required information, including registering any youth in your party for the youth activity clubs, you will be able to select a Port Arrival Time. As you conclude the check-in process, you will receive an Online Check-In Port Arrival Form. This form will need to be presented when you arrive at the port. You will also need to have your citizenship documentation handy to present at the port. For your online check-in, your status will be listed as pending until all information has been reviewed and approved. If your status is still pending five days before you set sail, please
call Disney Cruise Line for assistance.
Debbie, I'm sure your Disney Cruise will be filled to the brim with fun, magic, and memories. Please be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app if you haven't done so already. Once onboard, you'll be able to see where the entertainment and activities are taking place throughout your cruise. You can even access a special booking offer only available to Guests while sailing within the app.
Have a wonderful vacation! Bon Voyage!
