What is the check in and check out times for the Disney hotel and Pixar hotel? I want to book two nights at one of these hotels but only one park day ticket, Is this possible? What is the best way to book this?

    Hey Howdy Hey, Kaylee!

Welcome to planDisney! Yeehaw! How exciting that you are planning a stay at the Disneyland Resort. Your magical vacation is just around the riverbend, so soon you'll be immersed in the magic and Disneyland's 70th Anniversary Celebration!

Kaylee, you can check in anytime to the Disneyland Resort hotels, but Disneyland Resort hotel rooms are available after 3:00 PM, and Villas are available after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.  You can check your luggage with Bell Services at your hotel on your check-in day upon your arrival, and then go and enjoy the parks. You can also check your luggage with Bell Services on your check-out day and store it there while you enjoy the parks, and then pick it up when you are done with your day.

How to plan this really depends on which day you will have more time to enjoy the parks. If you will be arriving at the hotel early in the day, I would check into your hotel upon your arrival. Then, you can store your bags with Bell Services and enjoy your park day. You will get a text when your room is ready, and if you check in early, your room could be ready before 3:00 PM, but it is not guaranteed.  But, even if your room is ready early, you don't have to return at that time. Whenever you are ready, you can return to your room and call Bell Services to have them bring your luggage to your room.

Likewise, if you are able to depart later in the day on the next day, you can check out of your room before 11:00 AM, but you can store your luggage with Bell Services and enjoy your time in the parks.  And then when you are ready to depart, just stop by Bell Services to collect your luggage.

I have done both when I traveled to Disneyland.  Both times, it worked perfectly, so I can enjoy my Disney day.

I hope this helps you, Kaylee! If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, soar back here to see us, and we will be so happy to help you.

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
