Ahoy, Alma! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing us your Disney Cruise Line question. It looks like you will be stepping onboard in just a matter of weeks, so I know how excited your entire crew must be.
Unfortunately, the Online Check-In process cannot be completed by phone because Disney Cruise Line requires guests to upload proof of their
citizenship documentation. In order to complete the Online Check-In process, you must complete all of the required steps, including uploading photographs of everyone’s passports or other documents, submitting headshots of everyone in your group, providing payment information for your onboard account, and more. You cannot select a Port Arrival Time until you have completed all of the other requirements. The Online Check-In process can be accessed on the
Disney Cruise Line website or through the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, but you cannot complete it via phone call.
If you are unable to complete the Online Check-In process ahead of time, then you can provide all of the information at the departure port on embarkation day. However, you will not have a
designated Port Arrival Time and will only be able to arrive between 60 to 90 minutes ahead of the published All-Aboard time for your sailing. You will still need to bring all of the required documentation with you and will have to complete the entire check-in process in person.
I hope you and your family have an amazing time on your upcoming cruise. If you have any other questions, then we are always here and ready to help at planDisney. Happy sailing!
