Hi Moms, we check in on 7th Aug 2017 and have a 21 day ticket, we will start using the tickets on the 8th, will we still be able to visit the parks on the 28th our last day? I'm confused as to when the 21 days would start, thanks

    Hi Lisa,

Disney's Ultimate Tickets expire 14 days after first day of use for 7-Day and 14-Day Tickets and 21 days from first day of use for 21-Day Tickets.

Therefore, if you use your 21-Day tickets (to enter one of the Disney Theme Parks or Water Parks) for the first time on 8 August 2017, you will still be able to use them on 28 August 2017.

Your tickets are not activated when you check-in at your Disney Resort hotel. They are activated the first time that you use your MagicBand to enter one of the Disney Theme Parks or Water Parks.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
