Terri, traveling with little ones, even to the Most Magical Place on Earth, isn't always as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, so let's talk through your question about car seats.
First, Terri, if your question about a check-in area is referring to the theme parks, there are lockers located at the entrance of each of the four parks.
Rentable for a daily fee, these might be an option depending on the size of your car seats. For example, my son uses a collapsible booster that, when folded, would easily fit into a locker. At
Magic Kingdom Park and
EPCOT you'll find Jumbo sizes whereas Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios only offer a small or large size locker. Terri, if your car seats are larger than the locker sizes, unfortunately there is not a storage option available. In this case you may want to consider requesting a ride share with a car seat instead of bringing your own, purchasing a travel car seat or bringing a stroller that would easily store your car seat as an attachment.
