Ahoy, Ting! Welcome to planDisney, where we aim to answer all of your questions about sailing with Disney Cruise Line. It looks like you will be boarding the
Disney Adventure in
Singapore in just a matter of days, so let me point you in the right direction to make sure that everything is ready for your upcoming embarkation day.
Generally, first-time guests can begin the Online Check-In process 30 days prior to embarkation, but
Castaway Club members get earlier access with the exact number of days being determined by their specific membership level. Since you are so close to sailing, you can complete the process at any time up to one day before embarkation. To start the Online Check-In process, go to the main Disney Cruise Line website, login to your MyDisney account, and click on the tab at the top labeled “Already Booked.” That will open up a drop-down menu where you can select “My Reservations.” Your upcoming cruise page will open and there will be a section labeled “Cruise Details” on the left. Under that is a section labeled “Online Check-In,” which is where you will provide your travel documents, transportation plans, form of payment for your stateroom account, and be assigned a Port Arrival Time.
Additionally, for sailings aboard the Disney Adventure, you need to make sure that you submit your Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days of arrival. Review the Disney Adventure Pre-Arrival Guide found
here, which lists all of the requirements under “Key Planning Milestones” with additional details and a link to the proper form.
The Pre-Arrival Guide also includes sections with tips to maximize your cruise, packing guidelines, what to expect on embarkation day, and navigating the ship, so you will be fully prepared to experience where magic meets the sea.
I hope you have a fantastic time exploring all seven of the themed areas on board and make plenty of magical memories. Thanks again for reaching out to us at planDisney. Happy sailing!
