    what is the cheapest way to do dining in walt disney world?

    Hi Sherry! I suppose the right answer is that food just isn't cheap at any tourist location you head to on vacation. But it is necessary and it is best if you can enjoy tasty food at the same time!

    Many families choose to include a dining plan in their vacation package when staying on Disney property. There are different options with the Quick Service plan being the least expensive. There are many dining spots scattered throughout the parks and at the resorts where you can find counter/quick service. Two of my favorites are Casey's Corner in the Magic Kingdom and Flametree Barbecue in the Animal Kingdom park. Good food, good portions, and decent pricing.

    The benefit of using a dining plan is that you can budget easier for the vacation. You will know the cost up front what dining will include and cost versus going without a plan and having to choose carefully what and where you eat. The plans offer enough food for your vacation time to usually satisfy most families. Obviously you will want to take a little extra for the occasional treat now and then.
