Hi is it cheaper to buy children’s ticket separately and then buy the special for adult adults. The children are three.

Hi Pam! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

We all love getting more value, and the California Residents special ticket offer truly offers it! You can always price ticket types by adding them to your cart. It doesn't require payment unless you complete the transaction, so you can go back and try a different combination to find the ticket type that best matches your needs. But I'm happy to inform you that for eligible Guests the ticket deal is your best option for everyone in the group, including the kids.

I hope that's good news! Purchase the ticket offer as soon as you're able. Tickets are valid through May 21, 2026, but you also need theme park reservations, and those might become tricky to secure later in the ticket use window. Availability isn't guaranteed, and terms are subject to change.

Did you know you can watch for offers that apply to you by checking on the Offers & Discounts page? It's regularly updated with all the latest deals. It's the first place I start planning my next visit. My upcoming trip is in early May, so I'm beginning to plan for the fun. I want to experience Hyperspace Mountain in Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park again: It's my favorite Attraction overlay.

    Have a magical day!
