Now, if you’d like to chat with a friendly Cast Member at Disney World, start at the
Disney World website! When the website opens, look for an icon with a dialogue box and a question mark located to the right of your screen. When you click on that icon, you should receive an option to “Chat with Us” or “
Visit the Help Center.” Sometimes, if all Cast Members are busy helping other Guests, the option to “chat” won’t be displayed. But head back to the site a little later, and you should be able to connect with a helpful Cast Member.
Michael, even Disney World “experts” need a little assistance from time to time! I have found the “chat” feature incredibly helpful when I have questions about planning a visit! The Cast Members on the chat are extremely helpful, friendly, prompt at responding, and make it their mission to find the right answer for Guests!
