    how do you chat on line whit a disney person

    Hi there Rita!

    I've used the online chat option on the Walt Disney World website before and found it to be quite helpful!

    Simply begin by selecting "Price Your Vacation" and then, input your trip dates and the details of your  travel party. Once entered, Tinkerbell will magically sprinkle pixie dust and then, open a new window titled "Select Your Resort". In the top left hand margin, if available at that time, a Chat Now feature will be visible.

    While I've seen the chat option quite frequently, it hasn't always been enabled every time I visited the vacation reservations page so, you may wish to try back later if busy or call (407) WDW-MAGIC or (407) 939-6244 to speak with a cast member directly.
