It sounds like evil Emperor Zurg has a hold of your “Chat” button! Let’s see what we can do to release it from his grasp!
Sometimes, the “Chat” option will not automatically pop up when you are browsing the
Walt Disney World Resort website. In order to locate this button, visit the
Help Center page! The “Chat” button should appear on the righthand side of your screen with a little conversation icon below it. If a Cast Member is available to chat with you, the “Chat” button will be dark. Click on the button to begin your conversation! If the “Chat” button is gray, all Cast Members are currently busy, and you will need to wait.
