do you now if they are charging stations in the epcot, magic kingdom, animal kingdom and hollywood studios or would need to buy a portable one?

Hello Monica! I constantly use my phone in the parks. I take pictures and videos on my phone and also use the My Disney Experience App to keep updated on the attraction wait times. Needless to say, my phone is usually dead around midday. I highly suggest purchasing a portable phone charger or extra battery. I bought a portable phone charger last year and have used it in the parks. It got me through the entire day.

I think that you will not regret purchasing a portable charger if you choose to do so. This way, you can keep your phone charged and have immediate access to it if something comes up.

There were free phone charging lockers in the Space Mountain gift shop and in Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe during my last visit. These are small lockers that you activate with a credit card or gift card. They are free, so the card only acts as your personal identifying key. You can leave your phone to charge and then come back to pick it up later. I think there are also charging stations near the Tangled bathrooms and near Storybook Circus, however this setup requires you to stay with your phone as it is just an unattended USB station. I am not sure where the cell phone charging stations are in the other parks, but a Cast Member has told me that there are indeed phone charging areas available.

I hope this helps, and if you need anything else, please come back and see us! Have a magical day.
