Is there a way to have all the charges from my visit sent to me?

Hi Lynley, welcome back to planDisney!

It sounds like you have already returned home after a visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you had a magical stay! Have you started dreaming up your next vacation yet?

After you checked out, you should have received an itemized receipt in the email associated with the Disney Resort hotel room reservation. The email would come from disneyresorts@disneyworld.com with the subject line “Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt.” If you can’t find this receipt, I suggest calling the number listed under “Guest Services Billing” to ask a Cast Member to reissue the email.

Did you know you can monitor the charges made to your Disney Resort hotel room with your MagicBand while you’re at Walt Disney World Resort through the My Disney Experience mobile app? During your stay, click on the three horizontal bars in the bottom right of the mobile app. Click on the tile labeled “Resort Hotel.” Under your reservation information, you will see the option to “View Charges.” You can also visit the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel to request a printed copy.

I hope this helped, Lynley! Don’t forget to come see us again at planDisney as you plan your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
