Can I see my charges online?

Hi Nathan! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Yay! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is finally here! Today is a big day as you arrive for your Disney Resort hotel stay and I know just how exciting that is. You are going to have so much FUN!

It is super easy to keep track of your Disney Resort hotel room charges by using the My Disney Experience mobile app! Once the app is downloaded on your phone and you log in with your My Disney Experience account, you should see your Disney Resort hotel under "My Plans" on the main page. Click on your hotel and all of the information for your stay should pop up. On this screen you should see options like "Unlock Door," "View Charges," "See Bus Times," and more. Simply select "View Charges" and then you can view all of your current charges! How cool is that?! Sometimes it can take a little while for charges to post, so keep that in mind as you are enjoying your vacation. You can also visit the Front Desk at any time to request a printed version of your charges.

Enjoy your visit, Nathan! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
