How do I see my charges after I check out of the hotel?

Hello, hello there, Robin! Welcome to planDisney, the Most Magical Place on the Internet. It's such a pleasure seeing you here today!

You'll be very happy to know that the check-out process at the Disney Resorts Collection hotels is completely hassle-free now. Once you're ready to leave, all you need to do is open your My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the "Check-Out" button. After that, you won't need to do anything else at all... promise!

Robin, once you've checked out, you will receive an email from Disney with an itemized list of all your hotel charges, and any pending balance will be charged to the credit card that you used at check-in. If you'd like to pay with a different credit card, I suggest stopping by the Front Desk the night before you leave so that a Cast Member can help you get it done. Keep in mind that the card on file will be automatically charged the current balance every fifth day of your stay and right after check-out!

I hope this has helped clarify your concerns, Robin. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and happy to help our fellow Guests plan their magical Disney vacations! Have a magical day!

    Warm hugs,
