It's almost time to head to the Walt Disney World Resort for your magical vacation! You are going to have so much fun!
For a list of charges made to your account via MagicBand, you have a couple options. You can stop by the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel and ask for a printout at any time or you can download the
My Disney Experience mobile app to check, as well. Once you are logged into the mobile app, click "See All Plans" under "My Plans." There you will find your resort reservation for Disney's Pop Century Resort. Touch the reservation and you will see the image of a folder that says "View Charges." Click that and you will view your hotel account's balance. It is a really convenient feature! (Quick note: not all charges show up immediately, so keep that in mind when checking your account.)
Recently, Guests have had the option to turn down daily "Mousekeeping" (housekeeping) for a gift card instead. In my experience, the offer has been for the Guest to receive a $10 gift card for each night that Mousekeeping is declined. Every night can be declined except for the last night, so for a 6-night stay, the max gift card amount would be $50.00. The offer is not guaranteed and can change at any point, so I suggest inquiring at the Front Desk when you arrive for your stay to see if this is still an option for your trip.
For room requests, you can call
Disney's Pop Century Resort at (407) 938-4000 and ask to have a request added to your reservations. Not all requests can be accommodated, but it doesn't hurt to try!
