Hi Linda!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I must begin by saying that every Walt Disney World restaurant has its own cancellation policy and if you make your reservation online it is recommended that you review the policy before finalising your reservation. Generally, cancellations should be made the day before the reservation otherwise a charge will be made to the credit card on file (currently $10 per person, but this is subject to change).
More details about cancellation restaurant reservations can be seen here. I know I am constantly changing my plans, including dining reservations, in the weeks leading up to my trips, and it's good to know that if I am waiting patiently for a much sought-after reservation it is quite possible that a slot will become available as other people also change their plans.
Dining reservations are highly recommended, and can be made up to 180 days in advance,
online, or by using your
My Disney Experience account. You can also call (407) 939-3463 to make reservations, and discuss cancellation policies.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
