Is there a charge to park at the wilderness lodge if you have dinner reservations?

Hi there, Douglas! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I think that you'll be happy to know that Walt Disney World Resort Hotels provide complimentary day parking when Guests have dining reservations. When you arrive the security guard at the gate with ask you about your reservations and you may need to have your MagicBand scanned and even present a valid i.d. Once the guard verifies your plans, you'll be able to self park for free while you enjoy your meal.

I love dining at other Walt Disney World Resort Hotels while I am on vacation. It's a great way to see a little bit of each resort and plan where to stay next! Disney's Wilderness Lodge is so beautiful. I'm guessing that you are either going to be enjoying Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White or hooping it up at Whispering Canyon Cafe. If it's the latter of the two, don't forget to ask for ketchup. Whichever dining option you've selected, you are in for a real treat!

I hope this helps clear up any confusion about the parking situation while you enjoy dinner. If you have any other questions, I'd love for you to come back and ask me. Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
