    Is there any charge for packages received at disney hotels?

    Hi Izabel,

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. First, I want to inform you that we have Disney Parks Moms Panel in Portuguese. Next time ask us in our own language. Yes,you can send packages to a Disney Resort but you have to simulate the purchase on line for you to have an estimative of how many days for your item to arrive. Include a complete address of your Disney Resort, try to send on the same name that shows on you resort confirmation number and include the word “guest” next to the name. Disney can charge you a fee per day/per package to hold the items. You better call directly to your Disney Resort and ask about the currently price of the fee. Thats why is so important that you don't order so soon. Go to the front desk daily to verify if the package is already there. A Cast Member will explain to you where to go inside your Disney Resort to get them. Last time I checked the fee was about six dollars per day/per package but I cannot guarantee that info.
