What is the charge for laundry services at Fort Wilderness Cabins?

Hi Dorothy!  Funny but several of us on the panel just had a big discussion about laundry services. I for one am a big user of it as I refuse to do laundry on my vacation. I have always used the Disney services and find them excellent....maybe a bit costly but you get what you pay for as I always say!

Yes the Fort Wilderness cabins are able to use the Disney laundry services. Costs range according to the item that needs to be cleaned or dry cleaned. There will be a bag in your cabin with a sheet to fill out. Once you have done this you can drop it off at the main check-in building or call for someone to pick it up. At the end of the day (same day service if you get it in before 8am) you will either pick it up at the check-in building or they will drop it off at your cabin. We use our motor coach now in Fort Wilderness and they even drop it off to us which is a great service.  It is wrapped and bagged and ready to wear without wasting one minute hovering over a washer and dryer!

Costs will range from about $6 for shirts, $7 for pants, $6 blouses, $6 shorts, $4 t-shirts, $2 for socks and under garments etc. These prices are subject to change but this gives you an idea of the costs of using this service.

Hope this helps you out in your planning!
